About Me

Welcome to Cherish Heart Therapy!

I'm Autchara Chaluay

Thank you for reaching out and visiting my website. I am a skilled and experienced therapist; I offer accessible online services to ensure that everyone can receive the support they need.
I am bilingual in English and Thai. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Ikon Institute Australia. I am a registered Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). After graduation, I continued my education and training with several institutes, including The Relational Institute Australia and PESI Professional Development. Additionally, I engage in weekly supervision sessions to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients. These sessions provide a dedicated space to review client cases, refine treatment approaches, strengthen clinical skills, and uphold ethical best practices.

My philosophy

I genuinely believe that our minds are precious and among the most intricate elements of human nature. Yet, when our hearts and minds are not in harmony, we may experience inner conflict, making life feel overwhelming and difficult to navigate. My mission is to help individuals cultivate unconditional love and compassion, embrace all parts of themselves, and nurture deep self-connection.

Often, struggles arise when some parts of ourselves are suppressed due to fear or shame, leaving us feeling fragmented. This becomes particularly clear when emotional desires and rational thoughts pull us in different directions, making balance and decision-making difficult. How do we align with societal expectations without losing our true selves? By embracing and integrating all parts of who we are, we unlock inner wisdom and step into a life of greater meaning, freedom, and authenticity.

What is Psychotherapy and How Can It Benefit You? Psychotherapy, also known as “talk therapy,” creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours with a trained mental health professional. This process helps individuals recognize patterns, understand the root causes of their struggles, and develop effective coping strategies.
